sports performance trainer

Kayla has had a love for health, exercise and sports since she was a
young girl. She has exercised and played sports, such as soccer, dek
hockey, track and field, and gymnastics since she was a kid.
Now Kayla is a fitness professional with a PhD in Health and
Human Performance from Concordia University Chicago. Also, she has a
masters in Sports and Health Science from American Military
University and a bachelors in Applied Exercise Science from
Springfield College. Throughout her studies she has worked with
collegiate, high school and young athletes along with general
population adults. Kayla welcomes you to attend a complimentary
training session with her.
